Had a great stay, but the lift was a bit tetchy and the living room felt cramped with the couch bed up. The staff were super friendly, though. Chur!

large bathroom designed for wheelchair access, well-stocked mini bar, notable historical feel
Tight policies on late check-outs come off as quite rude, especially when staff seem overwhelmed cleaning other rooms!!! Communication about parking can be clearer since the timed aspect adds unnecessary stress!!!

Charming heritage experience with stunning views
The historic hotel, once a convent, offers beautiful city views from the upper floors, particularly enjoyable from the expansive shared balcony. Our suite was compact but well-equipped with a mini fridge stocked with local snacks, while the modern bathroom added to the comfort. the cleanliness standards could use improvement, as we noticed dust on surfaces and some wear on the facilities.
